Waitlist

The Housing Path Waitlist is available to applicants who currently reside in Montgomery County, or seek to move to Montgomery County. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply. Completion of an application does not guarantee housing assistance.

How do I sign up for the wait list? Is there a paper application?
The Waitlist is available online and is open year round. Applications must be submitted through HOC Housing Path. The application can be completed with any Internet-connected computer, smart phone, or tablet device.

What information is required to submit application(s) to the Waitlist?
Applicants will need the following information:

• A valid email address
• Household member information including names, birth dates, social security numbers, and other personal identification information
• Details on income sources, including salary information, social security benefits, child support, alimony, etc.
• Contact information, including current address and phone number
